I ask my clients to challenge themselves, push their comfort zone, and embrace change. I know this is a big ask. I know this because I did it myself. In 2015 after many years of physical and emotional obstacles, I made the choice to pursue my own adventure. Like all big decisions, mine had a huge consequence. It meant leaving my family and community to live my own authentic life by living a nomadic lifestyle. It meant redefining motherhood. It meant being willing to live in limbo–to be unclear about what I wanted or how the future would look. I lived in a sailboat that was subsequently destroyed in a hurricane, traveled solo, spent many days in silent meditation, and took my son on adventures all over the world.
In 2018, I began a cycle trip around the world beginning in Bangkok, through Myanmar, southern Thailand, Malaysia, 14 Indonesian islands, Timor Leste and Australia. (45,000+ km overall). I also completed a solo cycle tour in the US to promote cycling and adventure mindset as a beneficial tool for physical, emotional, and spiritual well being. Since May 2022, I use Koh Tao, Thailand as a base to offer my Mindset Coaching program as well as an online coaching program for people all over the world.
Now I divide my time between my studio in Koh Tao, Thailand AND bicycling around the world.
