Breathwork Coaching

Meditation and breathwork are a fantastic form of mindset training. They can be done separately or in conjunction with the mindset coaching program.

Self inquiry, loving kindness, Vipassana, Buddhist, Kundalini, and other styles of meditation.

BREATHWORK practices include:

Transformational (ex. Wim Hoff inspired), pranayama, DMT, CCB (Conscious Connected Breathing), Box Breathing and breath holds.

The goal of breathwork & meditation is not to be good. It is to show up every day and do the work. Do the practice. I give you the framework and support to integrate this practice into daily life.
