I am currently accepting clients who are committed to a long term growth plan. I offer a 3 month and 6 month program with an option to renew.

* Home practices for integration including 30 day challenges such as: ice bath, breathwork, meditation, affirmations, journaling, embodiment exercises.
* Email support between sessions.
